Daily Office | 1.26.14

We are in week three of Epiphany, the season in the church calendar that celebrates the revealing of Christ’s true identity as the Messiah and Son of God. Join with us this week as we study the scripture and meditate on this amazing truth – that God sent Jesus to save us and restore all of creation.

This prayer (or Collect) and these scriptures are taken from the Anglican Book of Common Prayer.

Give us grace, O Lord, to answer readily the call of our Savior Jesus Christ and proclaim to all people the Good News of his salvation, that we and the whole world may perceive the glory of his marvelous works; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
